Refund policy

Returns
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
For customers outside the European Union, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use will not be accepted.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@arcanoenso.com so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Customized or made-to-order products

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To obtain a different size or item, please return your original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@arcanoenso.com
